No. You upload your resume, receive a claim ID, and use that ID to retrieve your feedback later. That's the only thing you need.

Come back to the site and enter your claim ID. If your resume has been reviewed, the feedback will be there waiting for you.

Unfortunately, there's no way to recover it. We don't store any personal data, so we can't look up your submission. You're welcome to upload your resume again, but it will be treated as a new submission with a new claim ID.

Redacting means removing personal details from your resume before uploading — things like your full name, address, phone number, and email. We require this to protect your identity. Reviewers only need to see your experience and skills, not your personal information.

Use the contact button on the site to send us a message expressing your interest. Include a brief background on your experience and the kind of roles you've held. We review every application manually.

Anyone who has successfully transitioned into remote work and wants to help others do the same. We prioritize reviewers with experience in roles that are commonly targeted by Filipino professionals going after international opportunities.

Not at the moment. Reviewing is voluntary. It's a way to give back to a community that many of us benefited from when we were starting out.

Report a concern and describe what happened. Include your claim ID if you have it. We take these reports seriously and every reviewer action on the platform is logged and traceable.

Every reviewer has an account and every action they take on the platform is recorded. If a report comes in, we can identify exactly who accessed a submission and review their history. Reviewers who violate trust are removed permanently.
