Talented Filipinos are breaking into remote work every day, but a lot of them struggle with their resumes. If you've been through that journey, your experience could really help someone.

What you'll do

Candidates upload redacted resumes and wait for honest feedback. As a reviewer, you log in whenever works for you, pick a submission from the queue, and share your thoughts. What stands out, what could be stronger, what you'd do differently.

There's no commitment or schedule. One review a week, a few a day, totally up to you.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to check every box. If a couple of these sound like you, we'd love to hear from you.

• You've worked remotely or have experience hiring for remote roles
• You've helped someone with their resume before, even informally
• You're comfortable giving honest, constructive feedback
• You understand what the remote job market looks like for Filipinos

How it works

1. Fill out the form below
2. We go through every application personally
3. If it's a good fit, we'll send you a login ID and password
4. Log in, pick up submissions, and start reviewing whenever you're ready

Your privacy

We take this seriously for both sides.

• All your reviews are anonymous by default
• You can choose to put your name on individual reviews if you'd like candidates to know who the feedback is from
• Your email, LinkedIn, and anything you share in the application are kept private and never appear on the platform

Good to know

• This is volunteer for now, and we appreciate every review
• All resumes are redacted, so you won't see anyone's personal details
• We keep activity logs to make sure the platform stays safe for everyone
